Nymbios service usage & your data protection
Terms of Use (ToU)
1. Service Overview
Nymbios is an intelligent platform that enables both professionals and individuals to create personalized musical atmospheres using AI, including integrations with streaming services such as Spotify.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Nymbios, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. They may be updated at any time, and the online version always prevails.
3. Use of the Service
Users agree to:
- Not use Nymbios for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Respect copyright rules when using music through streaming platforms (including Spotify).
- Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the service’s content.
4. User Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity performed through your account is deemed to be yours. If you suspect fraudulent use, you must notify us promptly.
5. Paid Features
Some features are paid (credits, subscriptions, advanced options). Payments are processed securely through Stripe in accordance with our Sales Terms.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Nymbios may suspend or terminate an account in case of abuse, breach of these terms, or harmful behaviour towards the service or its users.
7. Liability
Nymbios does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and cannot be held responsible for temporary outages, data loss or indirect damages. Users remain liable for how they use the platform.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collected
We only collect the data strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the service:
- Name and email address
- Spotify (or other services) connection data
- Generated playlist history
- Payment information (handled securely via Stripe)
2. Use of Data
- Managing your user account
- Personalizing your musical experience
- Payment & billing processing
- Informing you of important updates
3. Storage & Security
Data is stored through Firebase with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
4. Data Sharing
Data is never sold. It is only shared with essential technical partners (Spotify, Stripe, Firebase) when required to provide the service.
5. Cookies
Nymbios does not use marketing or advertising cookies. No personal information is stored through cookies on your browser.
6. Privacy-friendly Analytics (Umami)
Nymbios uses Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics tool hosted in Europe, with no cookies and no identifiable data. All analytics data is anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data and object to certain processing.
