Contractual information for Nymbios services
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of services (playlist generation, credits, subscriptions) offered on the Nymbios website.
2. Offers and pricing
All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT). Nymbios reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
3. Payment
Payments are processed via the secure Stripe platform. Nymbios does not store any banking or payment card data.
4. Access to the service
Once payment has been confirmed, access to the service is immediate. No physical medium or product is delivered.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is supplied and fully executed immediately after purchase, with the explicit consent of the customer.
6. Claims and refunds
For any claim, please contact: contact@nymbios.com.
No refund can be issued for digital content that has been accessed or consumed immediately after purchase.
7. Liability
Nymbios cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service. The user remains solely responsible for the information and data they provide.
8. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the entrepreneur's registered office.
